The Garforth Jazz Rock Band II was originally set up due to the success and popularity of the Garforth Jazz Rock Band, since then it has gone from one high to the next. The band is lead by expert performer/educator Tony Burkhill and plays a range of musical styles. This is the perfect training group for plays with grades 3-4 upwards (Trombones grades 1-2 accepted). This is only a guide - you do not have to have passed any grades. Due to the massive success and popularity of the Garforth Jazz Rock Band we are pleased to announce that we will be launching a new group as a feeder/training band to the original band. This band will run on Wednesday evenings between 4.00pm and 6.00pm. and will be led by expert performer/educator Tony Burkhill. If you play Saxophone, Trumpet/Cornet, Trombone, Clarinet, Guitar, Bass, Drums or keyboards, please contact us to discuss your suitability for this group. As a guide we are looking for players from across the region of roughly grade 3-4 upwards. Trombone grades 1-2 accepted. You do not have to have passed any grades – we mention it merely as a guide.<
